I am deeply bothered by this ad.
I am an owner at Ocean Watch for about four years now and always had problems booking a week. They told me it was because the site was not fully built. Understandable. I just tried to book my week and was told O.W. was full. So I cannot book a week at my own timeshare.

How does Marriott have rentals available when they do not have units available for owners to use? This is getting to be a significant problem. Obviously, it is more profitable to sell something to one person and then rent it to another while telling the owner there are no openings. Is this a common problem? Is anyone else having a problem with this issue?
